Clean water flux tester (CWF)

Clean water flux (CWF) is the rate of clean water permeability through the membrane at reproducible temperature and pressure. CWF is an important test to monitor membrane performance.

Convergence Clean Water Flux tester

The Convergence Inspector Clean Water Flux (CWF) simply measures the CWF of membranes. CWF is the rate of clean water permeability through the membrane to monitor membrane performance or performance after cleaning.

Flux is defined as the amount that flows through a unit area per unit time. The CWF can be established for new mediums, then that value can be used as a reference to compare future flux tests on the medium.

The system runs fully automatic at constant pressure tests between 0.5 and 25 barg. The permeate flow will be calculated by two balances. The user can easily set up his own permeation experiments.
