Lately Convergence Industry invested a great deal of time in reviewing and improving our working method regarding after sales activities. The appointment of René Post as Service Manager resulted in a revised structure leading to more extensive customer benifits. We go the extra mile and are proud to introduce the Convergence Customer Care Card (CCCC).

The CCCC is a service deposit system where customers purchase after sales hours in advance. After purchasing a CCCC, most paperwork can be skipped and we can focus on what is important: helping our customers on short notice! The CCCC can be used for the life-time of a system. The CCCC has an extra benefit: you’re invited to our exclusive users community to share ideas and feedback.

The deposit can be used for:

  • Preventive and/or corrective maintenance
  • Software versions upgrades or customized software modules upgrades
  • Additional helpdesk support (e.g. Teamviewer extensions)
  • Service, including maintenance and inspections (overhaul)
  • Engineering
  • Consultancy
  • Research and Development
  • Rentals
  • (on-line) training

You can even earn hours free of charge! Customers receive extra hours on their account for:

  • LinkedIN feeds about using Convergence products in experiments (1 hour)
  • Filling out the Customer Satisfaction Survey (1 hour)
  • Publications (2 hours)
  • New leads resulting in a project (2 hours)
