Convergence Industry B.V. intensifies cooperation FURTHResearch with equity deal

Convergence Industry expands its global network with a partial acquisition of German company FURTHResearch. The partial acquisition is the next natural step in the growth strategy and the stated goal to help startups.

About FURTHResearch

FURTHResearch is a spin-off from RWTH Aachen University providing software for research data management. It was initiated in 2012 during the PhD period of Founder & CEO Daniel Menne and put into a business in 2017. Together with three programmers they launched their product in 2018 and will focus on acquisition and expanding their networks.
