Demcon convergence offers the potting and manufacturing of custom hollow fiber membrane modules. Our modules are tailor-made to your needs and thus provide optimal conditions for your lab-scale testing.

Demcon convergence hollow fiber membrane modules are potted using centrifugal potting. Those modules are widely customizable and can range from single fiber modules to modules with up to 2 m2 active surface area.

• Polycarbonaat behuizing
• Drukkwalificatie: 2 bar

Potting opties:

• filtratiemodules voor: forward osmose toepassingen, gasscheiding, nano-, micro- en ultrafiltratie
• actieve oppervlakte: tot 2 m2
• drukwaarde: tot 2 bar (tot 15 bar op aanvraag)

Oplossingen op maat op aanvraag:

• Behuizing tot 2″ diameter en lengte tot 60 cm
• Behuizing van voedselkwaliteit PVC-U, roestvrij staal 316L, PMMA, PC
• Druk tot 30 bar (afhankelijk van het materiaal)
