The Convergence Inspector Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) pilot system is ideal for quick studies on the performance of submerged, aerated MBR membranes. With he Convergence Inspector MBR the user can perform filtration tests, retention tests, fouling studies and backwashing studies. The lab-scale system is available in a standard, custom or rental version.

The Convergence Inspector Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) pilot system is ideal for quick studies on the performance of submerged, aerated MBR membranes. With he Convergence Inspector MBR the user can perform filtration tests, retention tests, fouling studies and backwashing studies. The lab-scale system is available in a standard, custom or rental version.

The user-friendly software interface records flows, temperatures and pressures. It allows the creation of individual test scripts: whether you want to perform simple filtration tests with several different pressure steps, flux stepping or simulate real life operating conditions with backwashing steps and differente aeration rates, the Convergence Inspector MBR has you covered.

The unit comes with an integrated feed vessel, bubble distributor and buffer vessel for backwashing. Due to integrated peristaltic pumps, the system can handle all kinds of sludges and slurries. The user can decide whether to recirculate permeate to simulate continuous operation or to perform concentration experiments.
